AgriERP

AgriERP is a modular system designed for mid-size agricultural processors and traders to manage their entire operation from commodity procurement through to invoicing. It handles the unique complexity of agribusiness: moisture-adjusted weights at intake, processing yield tracking, quality control integration, and VAT-ready financial reporting in one system.

The problem

Your team manages moisture and quality adjustments by hand in spreadsheets, leading to manual errors, inconsistent application of price rules, and difficulty auditing final numbers. Lab test results arrive separately from purchase records, so adjusting intake prices for quality is a slow manual step prone to errors or omissions. You cannot isolate and analyze processing losses for each batch, making it hard to spot inefficiencies or check yield assumptions against actual performance. Reconciling purchases, sales, inventory, and production by hand before your accountant closes the books delays financial reporting. These operational complexities compound as you grow, plan additional sites, or face regulator or customer requests for full product traceability records.

The product

AgriERP is a modular system built for mid-size agricultural processors, packers, and commodity traders. It manages your entire operation from procurement through to invoicing, handling the unique complexity of agribusiness in a single integrated platform. Core modules handle commodity intake with automatic moisture adjustment and net weight calculation, lot tracking for full traceability, production batch management with yield calculation, quality control with automatic routing based on test results, customer orders and delivery, and financial reporting with VAT and e-invoice compliance. Rather than replacing your existing accounting system, AgriERP exports data in formats your accountant accepts. You deploy the system in phases—starting with intake and inventory, then adding processing and finance, then reporting—so value emerges early and risks are managed.

What it does

Master data

Set up your suppliers, customers, commodities, units of measure, price lists, and seasonal adjustments as foundational master data.

Commodity procurement

Record purchase contracts, weigh incoming commodity at intake, and automatically adjust the net weight and price based on moisture content or quality test results.

Inventory & lots

Track inventory by lot and storage location, log adjustments as they occur, and maintain full traceability links to meet food safety regulations.

Processing / milling

Create production batches that record input materials, calculate expected and actual output yields, track conversion loss, and manage by-product generation.

Quality control

Define sampling plans, record lab results either manually or imported from testing devices, and automatically route batches to accept, rework, or reject based on quality thresholds.

Sales & dispatch

Create customer orders, generate delivery notes, and automatically apply the correct price based on commodity grade, season, and customer agreement.

Problems it solves

  • Your team manages moisture and quality adjustments by hand in spreadsheets, leading to manual errors, inconsistent application of price rules, and difficulty auditing final numbers.
  • You cannot isolate and analyze processing losses for each batch, making it hard to spot inefficiencies or spot-check yield assumptions against actual performance.
  • Lab test results arrive separately from purchase records, so adjusting intake prices for quality is a slow manual step prone to errors or omissions.
  • You spend days or weeks reconciling purchases, sales, inventory, and production by hand before your accountant can close the books, delaying financial reporting.

Standards it follows

  • The system maintains full traceability records of all ingredients and products as required by food safety regulations.
  • All invoices are generated in compliance with the EU's ViDA directive adopted 11 Mar 2025, which mandates e-invoicing for intra-EU B2B transactions from 1 Jul 2030 using the EN 16931 standard.
