FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Straight answers on hosting, ownership, pricing and how a project runs, from the questions buyers ask us first.

Who do you build software for?

We build operational software for businesses that grow, make, store, move and sell physical things: agriculture, production, warehousing, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, hospitality, internal web apps and many other sectors.

Do you only work with European companies?

No. We serve businesses worldwide, and we make it easy to work with Europe: GDPR by design, EU hosting options, European e-invoicing formats and delivery on CET and CEST hours. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Where is our data hosted?

Hosting is available in Frankfurt and Amsterdam, and EU hosting options are available. Any transfer of data outside the EU is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Is the software GDPR compliant?

We build with GDPR by design, so privacy is part of the design from the start. A data protection impact assessment and a processing record are part of delivery, and our privacy policy and data processing page are published. Compliance also depends on how you run the system, so we document the data flows with you.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do. Source code, infrastructure and documentation are placed in your own accounts from day one, so you can run, change or move the software without us.

How is pricing structured?

Each phase, Discovery, Build and Run, has a fixed scope and a fixed price. The figures depend on your project and are agreed during discovery, before you commit to the build.

How does a project work and how long does it take?

Discovery takes two to four weeks, mapping your process, data and edge cases. Build follows with a small senior team on CET hours and fortnightly demos on your own data. Run provides SLA-backed support. Build timelines are agreed in discovery.

Can we stop after discovery?

Yes. Discovery produces a fixed-scope build plan that is yours to keep either way, so you can continue with us or take the plan and build it anywhere.

What do the products in your catalogue mean? Are they ready-made?

Each product is built to order from a clear blueprint and shaped to your process. Every project starts with discovery, so the software fits how you work instead of forcing you to change.

Which systems can you connect to?

We connect to the tools you already run, including SAP, DATEV, Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, TallyPrime, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Slack, WhatsApp Business and Twilio, plus AI model providers and the main cloud platforms. The full list is on the home page.

Do you support e-invoicing?

Yes. Invoices export in Peppol, ZUGFeRD, EN 16931 and UBL structured formats, and ledgers export to DATEV, so they fit European accounting systems.

What support do we get after launch?

The Run phase comes with SLA-backed support on EU-hosted infrastructure, and your source code and documentation stay in your own accounts. Data migration, onboarding and a supervised pilot are available as part of the project.

How do you handle security and accessibility?

A security review, a data protection impact assessment with a processing record, and an accessibility check of the main screens are part of delivery.
